The castle and it's beautiful grounds are open for the day for you to explore in depth. The Ripley Castle wedding team will be onhand to answer any questions you may have regarding the various packages they offer. Aldwark Manor Wedding Fayre

Aldwark Manor is a hidden delight tucked away in the beautiful countryside between the A1 and York. We have created some lovely weddings at this venue and the small village church is very, very beautiful too! Why not take a very short walk to have a look at it following your visit to the show?

We are exhibiting at their spring wedding fayre and we are delighted to be supporting this event as a local florist. As well as showcasing the venue, the fayre is being held in aid of Martin House Children's Hospice which is a very worthwhile cause.

Newburgh Priory 2 day Wedding Spectacular : The Wedding Affair

The Priory and it's beautiful grounds are open for the day for you to explore in depth. The venue's wedding team will be onhand to answer any questions you may have regarding the various packages they offer. We are showcasing our designs in the 'Wedding for all seasons' marquee. Take a walk through each design quarter and pick up ideas for your spring, summer, autumn or winter wedding. Our aim is to inspire and delight!

Further marquees will contain a handpicked selection of the very best wedding suppliers in the region. The Wedding Affair team enjoy working with the best in the business so you will be spoilt for choice! Come along and you could realistically source every supplier required to create your perfect wedding day.

Barley Hall Wedding & Special Occasions Open Day, York

Barley Hall is a wonderfully intimate and very atmospheric wedding venue in the very centre of York. We are very proud to be the in-house florists at this beautiful venue and thoroughly enjoy creating classic and medieval style flowers as part of the venue package.

We exhibit at the Barley Hall wedding fair each season and always show a variety of styles for inspiration. The upstairs Parlour and the Great Hall are both set-up to show how lovely this venue looks for a wedding when dressed with floral designs, foliage garlanding and lots of candles. It really does transform from a museum to a fabulous venue very beautifully. The venue staff are superb and really go the extra mile to make your day very special.

Swinton Park Wedding Event : The Wedding Affair

A stunning castle hotel set in beautiful Yorkshire parkland 20 minutes north of our workshop in Ripon. Our previous Swinton Park brides describe their time at the hotel as wonderfully relaxing with a very homely feel. We love the fact that many of the rooms have fabulously large windows which let in a huge amount of natural light which works really well whatever the weather.

The wedding show at Swinton is organised by Allison and Lisa and their wonderful ‘Wedding Affair’ team. The two lovely ladies have years of experience as wedding planners and know how to put on a good show. All suppliers are vetted by themselves so you can expect top quality ideas and inspiration.
