Using Succulents in your Wedding Flowers

11 Nov 2015

Succulents are hugely popular at the moment and make a beautiful addition to shelves and windowsills at home as well as adding a contemporary twist to wedding flowers.

For Caroline’s wedding at Hotel du Vin in York we combined sempervivum with a beautiful mix of fragrant stephanotis, scented freesia, rosebuds, phlox and astrantia.

We used a pretty mix of colours and added further texture and interest with berries and pearl clusters.

For the reception we created some eye catching topiary trees which reflected the colours of the bridal bouquet and captured the rustic theme.
