Cosy Winter Wedding at The Old Deanery, Ripon

6 May 2014

These beautiful images of Rob and Kim’s Christmas wedding at The Old Deanery Hotel in Ripon were captured by Dominic Wright Photography.

We chose a colour palette of soft bronzes, cream and burnt orange to create a beautiful warm winter theme with plenty of seasonal foliage.

Classic cream blooms were offset with big splashes of colour to add depth.

Pine cones, mistletoe, cinnamon bundles and Christmas baubles were combined with amaryllis, oriental lilies, ranunculus and cymbidium orchids.

The bridal bouquet included clusters of Swarovski crystals for added seasonal sparkle

The groom’s buttonhole featured a single orange calla lily and a small white rose

The staircase was decorated with a garland of seasonal foliage, fairy lights, pinecones, cinnamon sticks and orange bows

The registrar’s table featured a beautiful long and low arrangement with soft asparagus fern and ivy trails adding softness to the front.

Large clear glass goldfish bowls were used as table centres for the reception with chunky church candles surrounded by a ring of fresh white roses and seasonal foliage.

Twinkling nightlights added a final cosy and romantic  touch.

We would like to thank Dominic Wright Photography for sharing these beautiful photos with us.
