A romantic mix of roses and spring flowers created the perfect atmosphere for Gillian and David’s wedding at Swinton Park.

An elegant colour palette of very pale pink with silvery grey foliage worked perfectly in this gorgeous Yorkshire country estate venue.

Pale blush pink Sweet Avalanche roses, lisianthus and ranunculus were combined with a delicate touch of eucalyptus foliage.

As well as putting our creativity and design talent to good use for this event, our planning skills meant we used many of the floristry items twice, moving them to different locations as the day progressed from Swinton’s beautiful panelled ceremony room to the banqueting areas for the wedding breakfast.

We used a gorgeous mix of large headed roses, lisianthus and ranunculus in soft shades of pink with pretty clusters of silver diamante and clear Swarovski crystals to create a softly rounded bridal, which was finished with an ivory sateen ribbon handle secured with a family brooch.

The groom’s buttonhole featured a single cream rose with eucalyptus and rosemary.

Rose petals were scattered around the base of the candlelit hurricane vases that lined the aisle before being moved to decorate the banquet table and reception rooms.

We also provided ivory tulle bags of eco-friendly dried delphinium petal confetti and a classic floral cake topper in pale pink.
