Twisted Willow at Howsham Hall

19 Nov 2017

With thanks to Damian at DJB Photography for these stunning photographs which capture the venue so well.

We always enjoy working with the talented events team at Dine so we were delighted to be involved in the first open day at their latest venue, the spectacular Howsham Hall.

Howsham Hall is a Grade I listed country house near Malton, North Yorkshire, set in 80 acres of parkland. The interior has been tastefully refurbished to enhance the building’s character and original features but with a fresh contemporary edge.

This is a very special wedding venue with all the advantages that come with Dine’s professional event service. It is also available for getaways and corporate retreats with a full  butler service.

The elegant rooms lent themselves to some statement floral displays and we enjoyed creating some dramatic tall table centres complemented by a pretty selection of  low arrangements and twinkling night lights.

In the ceremony room we lined the aisle with storm lanterns for a cosy romantic feel and dressed the pew ends with a loose natural arrangement of hydrangea heads and trailing green foliage.

A soft colour palette of white and shades of pink was used throughout with plenty of foliage for an informal rustic effect which looked stunning in the luxurious country estate setting.

We are very much looking forward to adding our floral style to this beautiful Yorkshire venue for future weddings and events with Dine and have in fact already worked with the team to bring some autumnal colour to the tables for their first Ambassadors' Dinner at the hall.
